Sunday - Ashtanga Led Primary (a.m.)

Monday - Ashtanga Mysore (a.m.)

Tuesday - Ashtanga Mysore (a.m.) / Easy Run (p.m.)

Wednesday - Ashtanga Mysore (a.m.)

Thursday - Ashtanga Primary Series Mysore (a.m.) (Oops, just kidding, MOON DAY!) / Interval Run (p.m.)

Friday - REST

Saturday - Long Run (a.m.) / Yin Yoga (p.m.)


Notes:
- Ashtanga Yoga focuses on a specific sequence (Primary Series for me right now) of postures/asanas which are linked through movement/vinyasas and breath/pranayama.
- Led Ashtanga classes are led by a teacher. Mysore Ashtanga classes are self led.
- A dedicated Ashtangi practices 6 days a week (Saturdays off, always). I'm working up to that. No practice on Moon Days either (New Moon or Full Moon) because it effects your balance, and women practitioners should not practice the first 2-3 days of their cycle.
- Yin Yoga is a slow and gentle style of yoga that stretches the connective tissue by holding each pose between 3 and 8 minutes.  Getting past just stretching/conditioning the muscle, Yin Yoga allows for a deeper opening in the body and can be very therapeutic.
